About Tanya

Twenty-five years of learning how trust actually gets built.

Tanya Holland has invested twenty-five years building the relationships, systems, and teams behind complex, high-stakes projects — from luxury real estate launches generating $76 million in a single day to international business development across financial, legal, and commercial industries. She became the first woman sales manager at a national luxury production builder after ranking fourth nationally, and later structured and organized the sales operations teams — and trained them on the sales operations systems — behind resort launches across the United States, the Caribbean, and Central America.

Today, as an international stock loan specialist and franchise consultant, she writes and speaks on the systems that turn genuine connection into lasting results — one story, one client, one team at a time. Her Leadership Laboratory series publishes daily across LinkedIn, Substack, Medium, and X.

Signature Talks

Four talks, built from lived experience.

Each one opens with a true story and closes with a system a room can actually use.

Customer Experience

Name It, Claim It, Triple It, Deliver It: A System for Unforgettable Service

A four-word phrase built for a bartender working a double shift now works on sales floors and in boardrooms alike.

A simple, repeatable framework for turning a name into a genuine, memorable connection — built for teams who meet more people in a day than they can naturally hold onto, and want more of those connections to stick.

Sales & Trust

From Tour Guide to Trusted Advisor

Drawn from years of mystery-shopping luxury developments — the difference between the professional who narrates and the one who actually earns the sale.

A clear line between the tour guide, who recites features, and the trusted advisor, who asks the right question at the right time — and a practical path for moving an audience from the first role into the second, whether the room is a real estate showing, a portfolio review, or a boardroom pitch.

Team Culture

The 6:30 AM Promise: Building a Culture That Trains Itself

A true story about a voluntary training session nobody was required to attend — and what happened when the team showed up anyway.

How a single standing commitment, offered rather than mandated, rebuilt an underperforming team's culture from the inside — and why buy-in has two halves: the individual who wants to be trained, and the leadership that protects the time and space to train them.

Proof point: closing percentages on mystery-shopping evaluations rose from 60% to 90%.
Hiring & Talent

Fire Him? I Had Another Thought: Seeing People Where They Actually Fit

A well-loved but underperforming salesperson becomes one of the top-rated construction managers in his region — because someone looked at fit before she looked at a firing decision.

A true story about hiring and placement as an act of leadership — recognizing loyalty, knowledge, and passion in the wrong seat, and having the conviction to move a person into the right one rather than out the door.

Series Finales

The culmination post of the Mediterranean Games series drew nearly 4x the next-best post in the entire series — the clearest signal yet that a well-built series should end on its strongest beat.

Competition & Strategy

World Cup, Formula 1, and Mediterranean Games–themed entries are consistently the best-performing format in the series.

Baseline Lift

Story-Driven Series

Multi-part narrative series outperform single stand-alone posts roughly two-to-one — and their finales outperform the series itself.

Leadership Laboratory

A daily series, organized by what it's really about.

Every weekday, a true story becomes a lesson — syndicated same-day across LinkedIn, Substack, Medium, and X.

Tuesday – Friday

Observations

Tuesday through Thursday, an Observation pulls a lesson from something happening in the world — a race, a match, a tournament, an evening out. Friday is the culmination, built on purpose as the day the week's lessons and questions intersect — quick, organized takeaways across the week's threads rather than one long story, so a reader can jump straight there for the synopsis.

Saturday – Monday

Thought Leadership

Saturday and Sunday go straight at a leadership principle — sales, sales management, and sales operations chief among them, but just as often communications, or a fun, memorable system built for connection. Monday is the culmination — the same quick, organized takeaways, so a reader can jump straight there for the synopsis of the weekend's thinking.
